Why are the videos not clear when I check them from my phone screen using PEZTIO Dash Cameras?
Due to the limitation of the WiFi transmission rate, it's suggested that you download the videos to your phone and watch them in the Album. The downloaded video resolution can be up to 1920*1080P@60fps.
What to do if my phone can't connect to the PEZTIO Dash Cameras WiFi?
If your phone has searched the WiFi of the dash cam but is unable to connect, try the following: 1. Ensure no other device or phone is connected to the dash cam WiFi, as it does not support multiple simultaneous connections. 2. Disconnect and reconnect to the WiFi. 3. Restart your phone. 4. If none of the above steps work, reset the dash cam.
Why is the file download speed so slow in the PEZTIO Dash Cameras app?
The file download speed may be slow in the app due to the size of HD video files. Please wait 2-3 minutes for the download to complete.
Can't connect two phones at once to PEZTIO Dash Cameras: why?
One dash cam WiFi can only support one phone connection at a time. It does not support simultaneous connections from multiple devices.
