thread
the
needle,
pull
about
four
inches
of
thread
through
the
needle
eye
before
you
begin
sewing.

Hold
needle
thread
lightly
in
your
left
hand.
Turn
balance
wheel
toward
you
until
the
needle
moves
down
and
up
again
and
take-up
lever
reaches
its
highest
position.
Lightly
pull
needle
thread
to
draw
bobbin
thread
up
through
needle
plate
slot.
Place
both
threads
back
under
sewing
foot
before
you
put
fabric
into
machine.
