MALFUNCTION POSSIBLE CAUSES TROUBLESHOOTING
Scooter won’t start
• Ineffective battery
• Scooter is locked
• Ensure the battery is fully
charged. A green display on the
charger means the battery is
charged.
• Ensure the unit is unlocked
by pressing the lock button on
the key fob.
Scooter drives
backward when
accelerating
• When the scooter is ON,
press the bottom button to
toggle from Reverse to Forward
acceleration.
• To accelerate, twist the
throttle on handlebars toward
the driver.
Display Error Codes
Scooter won’t hold
charge
• Confirm all connections to
the battery are secure and free
from debris and moisture.
• Confirm connections
from charger to charge port
for correct orientation. (+ end
of charger goes into + side of
charger port).
• Make sure the unit is not
operating under extreme
temperatures.
• If the battery doesn’t
charge within 12 hours, call
customer service.
