Function CBA Unit?

Replace Function CBA Unit.
Is the Pin(3) voltage of CN4001 0V when pressing
power switch?
No
Check the line between Pin(3) of CN4001 and Pin(6)
of CN3004, and service it if defective.
The key operation is not functioning.
