Storing preset stations auto-
matically
• In FM, MW, SW, and LW mode, press and
hold AUTO SCAN until SCAN appears.
➜ The set scans stations with strong signal
strength and stores them as preset sta-
tions automatically.
Storing preset stations manu-
ally
You can store up to 10 stations for each band
respectively on
PRESET
for easy access.
1 In FM, MW, SW, and LW mode, tune to your
desired radio station (See "Auto tuning" and
“Manual tuning”).
2 Press and hold number keys to store the pre-
set station.
Helpful hints:
– If you have already saved a FM, MW, SW, or
MW station in that preset number, it will be
overwritten by a new station.
– Preset stations of each band do not overwrite
each other.
Selecting a preset station
• In FM, MW, SW, and LW mode, press NUM-
BER 1-10.
Viewing clock
You can also view clock in tuner mode.
• Press DISPLAY repeatedly.
Setting time
You can only set time in standby mode.
1 Press and hold SET TIME until hour digits
flash.
2 Press VOLUME +/- to set hour.
3 Press SET TIME once to confirm.
➜ The minute digits flash.
4 Press VOLUME +/- to set minute.
5 Press SET TIME once to confirm.
➜ The set exits time setting.
Helpful hints:
– During setting time, if you press

or do
not operate for more than 10 seconds, the
set automatically exits time setting.
Setting timer
You can only set timer in standby mode.
1 Press and hold TIMER/SET TIMER until
appears and hour digits flash.
2 Press VOLUME +/- to set hour.
3 Press TIMER/SET TIMER once to con-
firm.
➜ Minute digits flash.
4 Press VOLUME +/- to set minute.
5 Press TIMER/SET TIMER once to con-
firm.
➜ appears.
➜ Hour digits flash.
6 Press VOLUME +/- to set hour.
7 Press TIMER/SET TIMER once to con-
firm.
➜ Minute digits flash.
8 Press VOLUME +/- to set minute.
9 Press TIMER/SET TIMER once to con-
firm.
➜ FM, MW, SW, or LW flashes.
10 Press VOLUME +/- or SOURCE to select
band for timer.
➜ Preset station number flashes.
11 Press VOLUME +/- or press the desired
number key to set preset station number.
12 Press TIMER/SET TIMER once to con-
firm.
➜ Volume level digits flash.
13 Press VOLUME +/- to set the volume level
for timer.
14 Press TIMER/SET TIMER once to con-
firm and exit timer setting.
