1 Connect the AC power cable to:
the main unit.•
the wall socket.•
Battery power
Caution
Risk of explosion! Keep batteries away from heat, sunshine or fi re. Never discard batteries in fi re. •
1 Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit.
2 Insert 6 R14/UM2/C Cell batteries (not supplied) with correct polarity (+/-) as
indicated, then close the battery compartment.
3 The unit is ready to operate.
Note
Batteries contain chemical substances, so they should be disposed of properly. •
