Monitoring Temperature —
Temporal
This chapter describes how to take a temperature measurement with the Exergen
TemporalScanner™ thermometer, and how to change the temperature settings. The
temporal temperature system is supported for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
Connecting the Thermometer
Place the temporal thermometer in the thermometer base. Connect the thermometer
cable to the thermometer cable port on the left side of the monitor.
