Troubleshooting IGS
The patient ID is not
recognized by IGS
If this message is displayed for
a newly admitted patient, the
patient ID information may not
yet be reflected in the IGS
server.
Readmit the patient using
the same patient ID (MRN).
Repeat the vital
measurements and resend
the record.
Edit the original patient
record and resend it. These
original vitals will be updated
in the patient record in the
hospital EMR.
Protocol mismatch. The configuration on the
monitor did not match the
settings in IGS.
The protocol.csv configuration
file was removed from the
monitor.
Have your system
administrator import the
correct CSV file.
