Cleaning the Philips NBP Accessories
For details on cleaning the Philips NBP accessories, refer to the Instructions for Use
provided with the accessories.
For critical applications, Philips suggests using disposable single-use accessories.

Cleaning the Philips Barcode Scanners
The following cleaning agents, at the specified dilutions, may be used to clean the
approved Philips barcode scanners. For the approved 2D and RFID scanners, see
“Miscellaneous Accessories” on page 15-11.
Cleaning Agents Dilution
10% Bleach 1 part bleach to 9 parts water
70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) No dilution required
Compublend II (Base V with fragrance) 0.5 oz/gallon water
Aseptizyme 1 oz/gallon water
Clorox Wipes Not approved
Detergezyme 1 oz/gallon water
Dispatch No dilution required
Hibiclens 25.6 oz/gallon water
LpH Disinfectant Cleaner 0.5 oz/gallon water
Maxima 128 1 oz/gallon water
