CO2 No Tubing High The CO
2
filter line is not connected.
CO2 Occlusion Low The sampling line or exhaust tube is blocked. The
CO
2
pump will stop drawing the air sample into the
monitor for analysis. Disconnect and reconnect the
sampling line. If the message still appears, replace
the sampling line with a new one. The pump will
resume operation when the new sampling line is
connected or the occlusion is cleared.
CO2 Out of Range Low The CO
2
value is outside the CO
2
measurement
range.
CO2 Purging Low The CO
2
filter line is being purged to remove an
occlusion in the line or airway adapter. If the
occlusion is removed, the message disappears.
Miscellaneous Alarms
Date/Time Adjusted Low Indicates that a time change greater than 30
seconds occurred when the monitor synchronized
the time to the server or EMR system. This alarm
can occur only if your system administrator enables
the Synchronize Time option on the Date/Time
Settings menu. This is only a visual message.
Loss of Monitoring Low Indicates that the monitor has shut itself down and
then rebooted, due to an internal error. The Loss of
Monitoring message appears to inform you that
some patient data may have been lost.
Speaker Malfunc Low There is a speaker malfunction. This is only a visual
message. See your system administrator to check
the error log for details.
Touch Screen
Malfunc
Low There is a touch screen malfunction. See your
system administrator to check the error log for
details.
Wireless Malfunc Low There is a wireless malfunction; cannot load
wireless firmware. See your system administrator to
check the error log for details.
Battery Status Alarms
Low Batt Low Remaining battery power is 30 percent or less.
Extremely Low Batt High Remaining battery power is 21 percent or less.
Unrecognized
Battery, slow charge
Low The battery is not recognized by the monitor.
Battery Charge
Failure
Low Monitor cannot charge battery due to power failure
or battery malfunction.
Battery Overcharged Low Battery is overcharged or charging current is too
high.
