Note
Battery charging does not occur until battery charge drops below 95%.
Battery Info Window
Touching the battery status icon opens the Battery Info window, which displays detailed
information about the battery, including the percentage of relative and absolute charge.
Values for the following parameters display in red in the Battery Info window under the
conditions described:
Gray: Battery status is
unknown; no battery is
installed; battery cycle count
is greater than 600; or
battery’s Full Capacity is less
than 50% of Design Capacity.

page 2-10.).
Note: If battery cycle count is
greater than 600; or battery’s Full
Capacity is less than 50% of
Design Capacity, the battery
stops charging and must be
replaced.
Gray: Battery status is
unknown; no battery is

than 50% of Design Capacity.

Cycle Count Cycle count exceeds 300.
Manufacturing Date Battery age exceeds 3 years.
SOH The ratio of Full Capacity value to Design Capacity value
is less than or equal to 80%.
Note: SOH is the battery’s State of Health, presented as a
percentage based on the ratio of Full Capacity to Design
Capacity.
Battery Temperature Battery temperature is equal to or greater than 45 °C.
State Register Battery has overcharged or battery temperature is equal
to or greater than 45 °C.
Relative Charge
Absolute Charge
Battery has a charging failure condition.
