1. Enable P.Scan -> Disable P.Scan. Then there's no video output. We fix this
problem.
2. We improved the problem which is green background can be seen while
escaping P.Scan mode.
3. We change the bmp of "ENTER" to "OK".
4. Video is broken for a while. If we do maker while scan play.
5. Fixed the MP3 files not to be played which bitrate under 32 Kbps.
6. Improve the readability of DVD-R.
