      If the display colour changes from green to red and the pulses remain at 0 when checking pump functionality, check the pump, flow meter, its wiring and/or the connection on the POWER/CPU board (JP5), the wiring of the pump and/or the connection on the POWER/CPU board (JP24). If the water does not pass through the safety/drain valve but through the milk circuit or the boiler pin, verify the operation of solenoid valve EV1 or EV2.

      If the WORK signal remains “N” and the display colour changes from green to red, check the gear microswitch in the gearmotor (broken or inserted wrongly) and the motor (blocked). Also, check the JP16 wiring.
