Do not store the sensor when the battery is
empty. Charge the sensor for two hours and
then store it at room temperature to ensure
optimal optimal battery performance over
the product life time.

After charging, remove the adapter from the
wall socket to preserve energy.

After the product has reached end-of-life,
dispose the sensor battery as described in
chapter ‘recycling’ to preserve our
environment.

Preparing for use
The Snoring Relief Band consists of a sensor
and a strap.
Wear the Snoring Relief Band when you sleep
to reduce snoring caused by sleeping on your
back. The sensor will gently vibrate to
encourage you to turn from your back to your
side.
