electromgnetic wves. Electromgnetic wves might
interfere with the opertion of implnted medicl
devices, such s pcemkers or implnted crdioverter
debrilltors. Mnufcturers of medicl devices
recommend tht  minimum seprtion of 15.3 cm (6
inches) should be mintined between  wireless device
nd n implnted medicl device to void potentil
interference with the medicl device. Persons who hve
such devices should:
Alwys keep the wireless device more thn 15.3 cm
(6 inches) from the medicl device when the wireless
device is turned on.
Not crry the wireless device in  brest pocket.
Turn the wireless device o immeditely if there is ny
reson to suspect tht interference is tking plce.
