6. Business
Use your business organizer
You can add your new tasks to the phone. Such to-
do tasks are marked in your calender. You can
always check your calendar and remind yourself as
desired.
Create your to-do list
1.
In Business > Calendar, select a date in the
calendar, and press LOptions > Add task to
add a kind of task.
2. To keep yourself reminded, do the following:
At the set time, the task note appears as a new
event on the idle screen.
Check your calendar
After creating your to-do lists, you can check your
calendar in day, weekly, or monthly views. In
Business > Calendar, press LOptions or
,View.
You can also create your to-do list in the calendar
of different views.
Edit your to-do list
1.
In Business > Calendar, press +, -, <, and > to
select a to-list list.
2. Press
,View to enter the Task list. Press
LOptions, and you can do the following:
Note Add a note about the task.
Press ,Edit to edit the task. On the
editing screen, press LTemplate to
use the preset note.
Alarm Press < or > once or more to turn the
alarm on, have it sound 5,15 or 30
minutes before the specified time, or
turn the alarm off.
Repeat Press < or > once or more to repeat
the alarm at the specified time once,
everyday, weekly or monthly.
To repeat the alarm at certain days,
press < or > to select Customize,

and
< or > to select a weekday or
weekend, and press
, to turn the
alarm on or off on the certain day.
Add Add a task.
Delete Delete the selected task.
