4 Getting started
4.1 How to insert/exchange battery 4.2 Switching on and o
Remove the protective foil from the new battery. Wait for
two minutes before inserting, to activate the battery.
Switch the Roger Earpiece on by closing the battery
compartment
To switch the device o, open the battery compartment fully.Open the battery door on the Roger Earpiece, and hold
the earpiece so the door is on the right. Insert the battery
into the door with the + symbol on the battery facing
towards you.
Note :
• Open and close the battery compartment gently and
carefully.
• You will feel resistance when closing the battery
compartment due to the battery contact springs. If you
feel a strong resistance, check to make sure the battery
is correctly inserted and facing in the correct direction.
• When the Roger Earpiece is not in use, it is
recommended to completely open the battery door to
turn the device o. However please note that the battery
will keep discharging even with the battery door open.
