This product has a 2-years-Guarantee from the date of purchase.
This Guarantee gives the right to get defect parts replaced free-of-charge, as long as the defect is due to material-aws or production-defects.
It is fully up to our Technical Department to evaluate if the problem originates from incorrect use or production-defect.
Repairs effected under Guarantee do not give the right to re-new or postpone the Guarantee-validity, nor the right to obtain any kind of refund.
Cases NOT covered by Guarantee:
Transport-damage (scratches, dents and similar).
Damage due to incorrect electric installation, weather conditions or other specic situations.
Damage caused by negligence, tampering, incorrect use, repairs effected by non-authorized personnel.
For Repairs, please turn to your Phonocar-Dealer and/or Phonocar-Importer/Distributor.
The Unit has to be returned to your Phonocar-Dealer, along with the duly lled Guarantee-certicate and purchase-slip or invoice.
