To facilitate small parking manoeuvres, the vehicle has the reverse gear which can
only be activated in the ELECTRIC mode. To activate the reverse gear, press the HY
TECH button as described previously until the icon shown in the photo turns on. Re-
verse gear may only be selected when the vehicle is at a standstill. The acoustic
warning signal sounds automatically during reverse manoeuvres. Maximum speed is
limited to 3 Km/h. In this mode you can choose whether to do the manoeuvre with
the front suspension locked or not. (see chapter FRONT SUSPENSION LOCK-
ING SYSTEM)
AVOID MANOEUVRING ON ROADS WITH AN IRREGULAR SURFACE. DURING
PARKING MANOEUVRES REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR FEET ON THE GROUND.
In electric mode, the electric motor provides drive, enabling a top speed of 30 km/h
and a range of approximately 20 km. The rider may switch from electric to hybrid mode
(ELECTRIC - HYBRID POWER or HYBRID CHARGE) while in motion, using the
procedure described previously. This function may be useful when leaving zones re-
stricted to electric vehicles. As soon as we confirm the mode chosen (HYBRID
POWER or HYBRID CHARGE), the petrol engine starts automatically. In the hybrid
mode, for speeds higher than 20 km/h, the modes HYBRID POWER or HYBRID
CHARGE can be displayed on the instrument panel; under 20 km/h it is also possible
to display, and therefore select, the ELECTRIC mode, thus allowing the petrol engine
to turn off and to therefore change automatically from hybrid to electric (HYBRID
POWER or HYBRID CHARGE - ELECTRIC). As soon as we confirm the ELEC-
