9.2.5 Broadcast Packets
The SPM93 supports broadcast commands when communicating in MODBUS mode.
Do write command 0x10 for timing.
9.3. Packet Communication
Two MODBUS functions are supported by the DFPM93. The standard MODBUS
protocol supports only 16-bit registers, which limit the maximum value of any
measurement to 65535.
