is manufactured to ensure safety and reliability. Before using this appliance for the first time,
please read the instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE, BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SHOULD
ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED INCUDING THE FOLLOWING:
1. Read the instructions carefully before use and save them for future reference
2. Do not carry the bucket when it contains hot water, it could spill and you could be
scalded.
3. Never over fill or under fill the bucket. Operating it like this is dangerous
4. Do not remove the lid when the bucket contains hot water, you could be scalded
5. Do not put your hand or any other part of your body in the hot water, you could be
scalded
6. Never leave the bucket unattended when it is switched on. It could boil over or
boil dry causing an injury
7. Always disconnect the appliance from the main supply when not in use.
8. Ensure the rating label corresponds with the mains voltage in your home.
9. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
10. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons, do not immerse the
cord, plug or water heating bucket in water or any other liquid.
11. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
12. Unplug from the wall outlet when not in use or before cleaning. Allow to cool
before cleaning.
13. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, after a malfunction or
if the appliance has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the
nearest service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
14. Always operate the water heating bucket on a dry, level and firm surface.
15. Do not use outdoors.
16. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the work surface.
17. Do not place on or near a hot gas burner or electric stove or in a heated oven.
