Why does the temperature in my PizzaMaster PM 351ED fall too much or take too long to recover?

If the temperature in your PizzaMaster Oven falls excessively or takes too long to recover, several factors could be responsible: * The main fuse may have blown or tripped. In this case, replace or reset the main fuse. * A power relay might be broken. If so, replace the power relay. * The top settings might be too low. Increase the settings for the top.
