SHARPENING BLADES
Use the aluminium oxide blue/grey
grinding wheel.
1. Slide module 2, labelled Chisel &
Plane Sharpener, onto the Power Unit.
2. Place the blade against the back
lip of the plate (2a). The magnet helps
hold it in place.
3. The sharpening angle must the exist-
ing bevellled angle on the blade tiip.
Adjust if necessary (2b).
4. To alter the angle loosen the angle
adjusting knob (2c), adjust the plate
angle - then tighten.
5. Check the blade edge touches the
grinding wheel, then switch the Power
Unit on.
