Important instructions
IMPORTANT:
Be sure to read the separately enclosed safety instructions first.
• Read the instructions!
• Only use with a DC 5V/2A power supply unit!
• Choose a charging location that does not expose the appliance to direct
sunlight or other heat sources.
• Do not leave the battery to charge unattended.
• After charging, always disconnect the charging cable from the appliance and
the power supply unit from the socket.
• If you use the appliance in hot food, there is a risk of burns from hot splashes.
• Immerse the blender rod in the food before switching on the appliance. This
will prevent splashing.
• Do not use this appliance to chop hard foods such as ice cubes, nutmeg or
large pieces of block chocolate. This may destroy the blades.
• Chop large pieces of solid food before pureeing (max. Ø 1.5 cm) and add some
liquid.
• The maximum continuous operation time is 2 minutes, after which the
appliance must be allowed to rest for 3 minutes. After 3 consecutive cycles,
30 minutes of cool-down is required.
• If the food is too solid, stop the process after 10 seconds. Reduce the amount
of food being mixed. Loosen up solid food. This will prevent the motor from
overheating.
• During assembly, there is a risk of crushing your fingers. Be especially careful.
• When the push button is released, the motor continues to run briefly. Wait for
the blade to stop in the blender head.
• Check that the appliance is not in standby status to avoid unintentional
switch-on and thus a hazard.
• Children are not to play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
is not to be carried out by children without supervision.
• Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near
children or infirm persons.
