Suspension Settings
Front/Rear Spring Preload Adjustment
1. Unlock the adjustment rings by rotating the top ring counter-
clockwise.
2. Elevate the vehicle to allow the suspension to fully extend.
3. Turn the adjusting ring to the left (1) to add preload. Turn the
adjusting ring to the right (2) to remove preload.
4. Lock the adjustment rings by rotating the top ring clockwise until
tight.
WARNING! Uneven adjustment may cause poor handling of the vehicle, which
could result in an accident. Always adjust both the left and right spring preloads
equally or have your POLARIS dealer perform the adjustments.
Factory Default Preload Settings
RZR XP Turbo Front 1.90 inches (4.8 cm)
Rear 8.31 inches (21.1 cm)
