What to do if my Polaris Scrambler 500 2X4 International engine turns over but won't start?

If your Polaris Offroad Vehicle engine turns over but fails to start, several factors could be the cause. Check if you're out of fuel; if so, switch to reserve and refuel. A clogged fuel valve or filter could also be the culprit, so inspect and clean or replace them. Water in the fuel can prevent starting, so drain the fuel system and refuel. Ensure the fuel valve is turned on and that you're using fresh, recommended fuel. Inspect the spark plugs for fouling or defects and replace if needed. Also, check for spark at the spark plug and verify the stop switch is off. Other potential causes include overuse of the choke (inspect, clean, or replace spark plugs), a clogged fuel filter (replace it), low battery voltage (recharge to 12.8 VDC).
