(6) Electronic Throttle Control (ETC)
ETC causes the engine to stop
if the throttle cable sticks in
an open position when the
operator releases the throttle
lever.
WARNING
The Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) stops the engine in the
event of a throttle system malfunction. Do not modify the ETC
system or replace it with other throttle mechanisms.
(7) Choke Knob
The choke assists in starting a cold engine. See page 57.
(8) Horn
Press the horn button to
alert others of your
presence.
