TROUBLESHOOTING
In the event that your TriPollar Stop Eye device is not
working, prior to contacting the service center, take
the following precautions:
1. Make sure you have removed the device's protective
cover before use.
2. Make sure the device's battery is charged.
3
. Make sure power button was pressed and the
green indicator LED appears.
4
. Make sure you have applied the TriPollar Preparation
Balm according to the instructions. TriPollar Stop
Eye will not work properly if TriPollar Preparation
Balm is not applied.
