How to fix a POLTI Vacuum Cleaner that does not turn on?

If your POLTI Vacuum Cleaner isn't turning on, make sure the power supply cable is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet and that the ON/OFF switch is in the 'on' position. The issue might be that the power supply cable was not fully inserted or the ON/OFF switch was off.
