What to do if no steam is coming out of my POLTI Vacuum Cleaner?
    • J
      Jimmy BrennanAug 17, 2025
First, verify that the power cord is correctly plugged into a grounded outlet. Then, ensure the GREEN light is off, signaling that steam has been generated. Check the water reservoir to confirm it has water and is securely fitted into the Anti-Calc filter. Also, ensure the handle is securely attached to the main body, and the main body is correctly fitted into the small scrubbing brush. If the issue continues, disconnect the unit, let it cool for about 2 hours, and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care team.

Why is there too much steam coming out of my POLTI Vaporetto FOCUS and causing puddles?
    • J
      John WheelerAug 20, 2025
To prevent puddles, avoid holding the mop head in one spot for too long while continuously pressing the trigger. Instead, press the trigger intermittently every few seconds while moving the brush back and forth. If the cloth becomes too wet, replace it with a dry one and wash the dirty cloth according to the instructions on the label.

      Billy Hutchinson DDSAug 22, 2025
Ensure the small scrubbing brush is securely inserted into the large mop head. The main body needs to be completely upright until it clicks into place, and the small tab in the rotating ball of the small scrubbing brush is aligned with the notch at the base. Also, make sure the unit is on a stable, flat surface.
