TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The appliance does not turn
on.
Power cable (G) not
plugged in
Boiler switch (B) off
Connect the power supply ca-
ble (G) to a suitable electric
socket.
Turn on the boiler switch (B).
The appliance is on but does
not supply steam
The appliance is not
pressurised yet
Lack of water in the boi-
ler, indicator light (D)
turned on every time
steam is requested.
Steam control knob (E),
turned completely
clockwise.
Wait for the indicator light to
come on (C).
Fill the boiler as described in
the paragraph “Preparation”.
Turn the control knob (E) anti-
clockwise, to release the
steam.
Drops of water leak when ap-
pliance is turned on
Condensation in the pi-
pes
Dispense steam onto a cloth
for 10 seconds.
