9. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The vacuum cleaner does
not turn on.
Battery flat. Charge the appliance.
The brush does not work
or makes an unusual
sound.
The brush is not
attached correctly.
Dirty or blocked brush.
Check and correctly connect the
brush.
Clean the interior of the brush as
described in the maintenance

Reduced vacuuming
action.
Dust-collector tank is
full.
Empty the dust-collector tank.
Battery charger hot
during recharge phase.
This is normal when the
battery is recharging

connected but the appli-
ance is not charging.

cable is broken.
Batteries expired.
The battery charger is
not original model and
its voltage is incorrect.
Ensure that the battery charger is
connected properly.

The LED turns red. The battery is almost

Stop vacuuming and recharge.
There is extra dust and
debris and it falls on the

The dust collector tank
