Troubleshooting Guide
Issue Scenario Possible Cause Solution
The PoolBot does not
change direction
(rebound) when
hitting the pool wall.
The flipper does not flip
pward when approaching
the pool wall.

The buzzer does not
beep when removed
from water.
The PoolBot does not
vacuum the entire
pool floor.
No power output from the
wall outlet
The PoolBot keeps bouncing at
the same direction, some
areas are always missed.
Check the power with a
multimeter or another
appliance. Seek help from a
licensed electrician.
The flipper is stuck and does
not turn freely.
The LED indicator does
not light up when the
charger is plugged in.
The pool’s pump filter
system is on.
Water current inside the pool
affects the maneuvering of
the PoolBot.
Battery level is low
Faulty charger
Try different maneuvering
patterns. Refer to the
“Adjusting the Maneuvering
Pattern" section in the
user guide.
Turn off the pool’s filter pump
when using this product.
Recharge the PoolBot.
Improper maneuvering
pattern setting
Irregular pool shape
Call customer service
and request for a
replacement charger.
Hose off the dirt around the
hinge of the flipper. Make sure
the flipper turns freely.
