Setting Up Your Polysher

Attach the Power Cable

Connect the power supply to the power port on the lower back of the Polysher.

Power On the Polysher

Connect the power supply to mains power and press the On/Off button.

Open the Polysher

Press the Open/Close button to raise the platform to its fully-open position.

Install the Nebulizer

Firmly press the nebulizer down into its socket, ensuring a satisfactory connection.

Fill the Reservoir

Fill the reservoir with alcohol (70%+) to approximately 80-90% capacity using the suction pipette.

Prime the Nebulizer

Dribble 5-10 drops of alcohol onto the nebulizer membrane to saturate the sponge.

Install the Reservoir Cover

Place the 'grate' style cover over the reservoir for operation.

Install the Platform

Set the platform on the lift tray in the center of the lid.

Operating Your Polysher

Place Print on Platform

Place your PolySmooth print in the center of the platform for even polishing.

Close the Chamber

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to lower and seal the part into the chamber.

Run Polishing Cycle

Rotate control knob clockwise to set time; mist will fill chamber as part rotates.

Adjust Chamber Lights

Turn chamber lighting on/off and adjust mist lighting color using buttons and knob.

Complete Polishing Cycle

Cycle completes automatically or can be stopped; clearing cycle removes mist.

Open Chamber and Dry Part

Open chamber after clearing cycle, remove part, and let it dry for about an hour.

Install Solid Reservoir Cover

Exchange grate cover with solid cover to prevent evaporation when not in use.

Polysher Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Nebulizer Warning Light

Troubleshoot Nebulizer Warning Light by checking unit seating and reservoir level.

Low Mist Volume

Address low mist volume by checking reservoir level and refilling if necessary.

Draining the Reservoir

Use the provided pipette to remove alcohol from the reservoir safely.

Removing the Casing

Instructions for fully removing and reattaching the Polysher casing.
