Bulb Replacement
For the type of bulbs, see “Replacement Bulbs” in
the Index.
For any bulb changing procedure not listed in this
section, contact your dealer’s service department.
Halogen Bulbs
CAUTION:
Halogen bulbs have pressurized gas inside and
can burst if you drop or scratch the bulb. You or
others could be injured. Be sure to read and
follow the instructions on the bulb package.
Headlamps
1. Open the hood.
2. Lift up the headlamp
retaining clip partway,
but do not remove.
3. Unsnap the headlamp assembly by pulling it
forward, away from the vehicle.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector by pulling
back on the locking tab, located on the electrical
connector, to separate the two connectors.
