Input belt code
The belts must be changed every 60 bags of mix. Each set of new
belts is supplied with a 12-digit belt code number. The machine will
indicate on the display when the belts must be changed. Follow
the procedure on the screen to correctly install the new belts. The
belt code can be entered in the “Input Belt Code” menu item as
follows:

Press Menu as many times as necessary until
the Input Belt Code menu is displayed:
Input Belt Code?
<OK or Cancel>
Enter the code supplied with the belts, then
press OK to and follow the menu prompts.
Press CANCEL to return to your original display.

The machine has a self-diagnostic error function that will prevent
the machine from operating if a malfunction is detected.
Action / Detail Display
The following error conditions will be diagnosed
and reported on the display;

Call For Service
Belt Trouble – indicating a belt is not
present, or not moving, or not correctly
installed, or the belt motor is not turning.
Heater # Trouble – heating element not
working properly
Fan # Failure – fan not working or turning
too slowly
Over Temperature – overheating
The machine will automatically turn off the heaters and motors
when an error condition is diagnosed. The machine should be
immediately turned off. Press the P
OWER ON/OFF key for 3
seconds and then switch it off at the power source. If P
OWER
ON/OFF is not pressed, the machine will cool down and switch
itself off. Make a note of the error message and then call for
service.
