UNIVERSAL TRUNDLE
WARNING:
When using trundle for sleeping, trundle bed must be pulled away entirely from
the bed structure to prevent any entrapment issues. Make sure area surrounding
the trundle bed is clear of any hazard.
PRE-ASSEMBLY:
 For your safety and ease, assembly by two adults is recommended.
 Please read all instructions before beginning assembly. The illustrations provided allow for easier assembly
when used in conjunction with the assembly instructions.
 Remove all parts and hardware from box and lay out on a carpeted or scratch-free work surface. The shipping
box provides and ideal work surface. Do not dispose of any contents until assembly is completed to avoid
accidentally discarding small parts or hardware.
 Use the parts and hardware lists to identify and separate each of the pieces included prior to starting
assembly.
 Note: DO not fully tighten the bolts until all parts are in place. Failure to follow these instructions may cause
the bolts to misalign during assembly.
 If using power tools to aid in assembly please use caution. Power tools can damage hardware or split wood.

Assembly Instructions

Attach Cross Bars

Attach (2) Cross Bars (C) to the bottom boards using (6) Long Wood Screws (K) into pre-drilled holes.

Connect Side Rails

Insert wooden dowels of Cross Bars into Long Side Rails. Align and secure Short Side Rails to Long Side Rails using bolts, washers, and barrel nuts.

Secure Bottom Boards

Secure Bottom Boards to Side Rails using (10) Long Wood Screws (K) into pre-drilled holes on wooden cleats.

Attach Casters

Attach (6) Casters (M) to Bottom Boards using (24) Short Wood Screws (L). Check alignments and tighten all connecting bolts.

Dust often with a soft, dry lint-free cloth. Blot spills immediately. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid chemical cleansers.
