Why my Poulan Pro PP230 is not heating up?

  There are several possible reasons why your Poulan Pro Steam Cleaner might not be heating up. First, ensure that the power cord is properly plugged into an electrical outlet. Next, check your household circuit breaker or ground fault interrupter and reset it if it has tripped, or replace the fuse. If issues persist, stop using the unit immediately, unplug it, and contact Consumer Service for assistance. The boiler may also be empty and needs refilling, or mineral build-up may have occurred.

What to do if there is excessive water in steam of Poulan Pro Steam Cleaner?

  If you notice an excessive amount of water in the steam from your Poulan Pro Steam Cleaner, it could be due to water condensation in the extension hose. To resolve this, point the nozzle towards a sink, tub, or the ground, and shake it while pressing the steam trigger until the excess water is released. It's also possible that the boiler has been overfilled. Avoid filling the boiler with more than 6 oz. (177 ml.) of water, as this interferes with steam production. Always use the included fill cup to ensure you're using the correct amount of water.
