The most important questions to ask prior
to training:
Are you cleared by your doctor to perform
strength training (applied force)?
Are you cleared by your doctor to perform
cardiovascular training (circulation)?
Regarding Pacemakers:
Are you cleared for strength and
cardiovascular training?
Are you cleared to participate in outdoor
recreational activities that absorb shock?
(For example, water skiiing, snow skiing,
boating, horseback ridin
g, etc.)
Is the pacemaker in the chest or abdomen?
If it is in the chest, avoid push-ups
and front plank.

no restrictions.
