The pro7 software is organized in four modules: Complete Programs, Express workouts,
Single Exercises, Manual Mode.
Complete Program:
• Select your goal between Feel Better,
Look Better or Play Better
• Select a specic Program
• Select your level and duration of the
program between 10 and 30 min.
Express Workouts:
• Select a mini program
Single Exercise:
• Select an element between Stretch,
Core, Balance, Strength and Massage
• Select a specic exercise.
Manual Mode:
• Select a duration
• Select the G-Factor
