1. The power unit may be low on fluid. With the jack on a level surface and in the down position, remove the oil plug and add
clean hydraulic jack fluid to the level of the oil plug hole.
2. System Air Purge: The power unit may have trapped air. Open the release valve a minimum of two full turns. Pump the
handle a minimum of 20 strokes to purge the air from the system.
3. Valves may not be closing properly. To seat the valves: A) Close the release valve. B) With the ram fully lowered, manually
lift the boom as high as possible. C) Open the release valve and allow the boom to descend to the lowered position.
ALTERATIONS
Because of the potential hazards associated with the misuse of equipment of this type, no alterations shall be made to the
product without written authorization of the manufacturer or supplier.
ENVIRONMENT
Hydraulic Oil Disposal
Please place hydraulic oil in disposable containers and dispose of in a manner consistent with applicable regulations. Dispose
of hydraulic oil at an approved waste disposal facility or site.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Every POWERBUILT® product is inspected before leaving the factory. This product is warranted to be free of defects in material
and workmanship for one year. If a defect appears the original purchaser may return the item, freight prepaid, together with
a purchase receipt or other appropriate proof of purchase to the company at Distribution & Returns Reno, NV 89508. Upon
receipt of the item, the company will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective item or part without charge to the
purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to any inoperative condition caused by wear. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY
WHEN THE PRODUCT has been used for commercial or rental purposes, has been tampered with, when repairs or attempted
repairs have been made by unauthorized persons, or where the item has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident or damage
in transit. No charges will be accepted for unauthorized parts, repairs or services. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LI
ABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts and some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of the incidental or consequential damages, so part or
all of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.
