This document serves as a user guide for POWERCOOL portable air conditioners, offering original instructions for various models designed for cooling and heating applications. The product line includes PC series (POWER COOL), PCH series (POWER COOL & HEAT), PCM series (POWERCOOL MULTI-SPLIT), and SPC series (SINGLE-BOX POWERCOOL). These units are categorized as Portable Split Air Conditioners or Portable Single-packaged Air Conditioners, emphasizing their versatility and mobility for different environments.
The POWERCOOL air conditioners are designed to provide cooling and, in some models, heating, for various spaces. They are portable units, meaning they can be moved and set up as needed. The split models (PC, PCH, PCM) consist of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit connected by flexible ducts and a flex connection hose, allowing for flexible placement. The single-box model (SPC) is a self-contained unit. The core function is to regulate ambient temperature, offering comfort in diverse settings, including shops, light industry, farms, or commercial use.
The product warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. Free repair service is provided for performance and mechanical failures under normal use. The warranty does not cover issues caused by customer intention, error, carelessness, unauthorized disassembly/modification, abnormal power supply, or natural disasters. The warranty cannot be reissued, so it should be kept in a safe place. If a warranty is not available, the period is calculated from one month after the manufacturing date.
