Never use if protective equipment has been
removed or does not work.
Use a piece of scrap wood to feed small
items towards the diamond disc. Never cut
items that cannot be handled safely.
Cutting tiles
Place cutter on a fl at and stable surface.
Fill the water tank with clean tap water.
Set the table angle and parallel guide, if
required, and tighten the fi nger screws.
Adjust the blade guard, so it is around 5 mm
above the height of the tile, and tighten it
using the fi nger screw.
Connect the tile cutter to the mains.
Switch the machine on and allow the
diamond disc to reach maximum speed.
Place the tile with its back facing upwards.
Push tile towards diamond disc and allow it
to work its way through.
Switch the machine off . Remove any tile
scraps once the diamond disc has come to a
complete stop.
Sawing mitres (45°)
Place the cutter on a fl at and stable surface.
Fill water tank with clean tap water.
Set the table angle and parallel guide, if
required, and tighten the fi nger screws.
Connect the tile cutter to the mains.
Place the tile with its back facing upwards
and push the corner of the tile into the
angle of the bevel guide.
Push the bevel guide against the parallel
guide, and check it will be clear of the
diamond disc when cutting.
Switch the machine on and allow the
diamond disc to reach maximum speed.
Push the tile towards the diamond disc and
allow it to work its way through.
