TROUBLE SHOOTING
The following form lists the common operating system with problem and solutions. Please read the form
carefully and follow it.
PROBLEMS POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTION
Motor fails to start
when switch trigger is
depressed.
Check battery charger
Check power button
Recharge
Push button.
Line will not feed Check spool
Replace spool
1. Check line is not tangled or
jammed in the spool.
2.Remove the line and replace the
spool of the line and ensure the
mechanism is clean.
Poor cutting
performance
Check the cutting line
1. Check the cutting line is fully
extended.
If not:
2. Manually extend the line or stop
and start the trimmer until the line
has been extended to the line
cutter.
3.Make smaller cuts, this is a light
duty trimmer.
4.Ensure line is fully extended.
