Why won't my PowerWasher PW2623C Pressure Washer engine start?
    • A
      Amber MullenAug 1, 2025
The engine of your PowerWasher Pressure Washer might not start due to several reasons. It could be due to lack of fuel, so add fuel. If pressure builds up after a couple of pulls, squeeze the gun trigger to release pressure. Ensure the choke lever is in the 'Choke' position, unless the engine is hot, in which case, move it to the 'No Choke' position. Check that the spark plug wire is properly attached and verify the engine switch is in the ON position.

What to do if my PowerWasher PW2623C has no or low pressure (initial use)?
    • V
      Vincent TaylorAug 8, 2025
If your PowerWasher Pressure Washer has no or low pressure upon initial use, several factors could be responsible. Ensure the spray wand is set to high pressure. Verify that the water supply provides at least 5 gpm @ 20 psi. Check for leaks at the high-pressure hose fitting and repair if necessary, using sealant tape. Inspect the nozzle for obstructions, and clean the water filter screen if it's clogged. Finally, if there's air in the hose, turn off the engine and water source, disconnect the water source, remove air from the hose, reconnect, and squeeze the trigger to remove remaining air.

What to do if my PowerWasher PW2623C will not draw chemicals?
    • A
      Amanda SmithAug 15, 2025
If your PowerWasher Pressure Washer isn't drawing chemicals, there are a few things you can check. First, make sure the spray wand is set to low pressure. Then, inspect the chemical filter for clogs and clean it if necessary. Ensure the chemical screen is fully submerged in the cleaning solution. If the chemical is too thick, dilute it to the consistency of water. Finally, avoid using an excessively long pressure hose; lengthen the water supply hose instead.

What to do if my PowerWasher PW2623C has water leaking at the gun or spray wand connection?

If you notice water leaking at the gun/spray wand connection of your PowerWasher Pressure Washer, check for worn or broken o-rings and replace them if needed. Also, ensure that the hose connection is tight; if it's loose, tighten it.
