Overview

The PowerXL Air Fryer Grill is a versatile countertop appliance designed for household use, offering a range of cooking functions including air frying, grilling, baking, broiling, toasting, reheating, and rotisserie. It aims to provide delicious family meals with various cooking methods.

Function Description:

The appliance serves as a multi-functional cooking unit, combining the capabilities of an air fryer and a grill. Its primary functions include:

  • Air Fry: Utilizes high-speed convection cooking with super-heated air and minimal oil, ideal for breaded items and achieving a crispy texture. It uses the Crisper Tray in Position 4, heats from the side and bottom heating elements, and activates the air frying fan.
  • Air Fry/Grill: Combines outdoor grilling results with superheated air for quick and even cooking. This function uses the Grill Plate in Position 6, heats from the side and bottom heating elements, and engages the air frying fan.
  • Grill: Char-grills food on the non-stick Grill Plate, providing even cooking with top and bottom heating elements. It uses the Grill Plate in Position 6, heats from the top and bottom heating elements, and activates the air frying fan.
  • Broil: Designed for melting cheese on burgers or cooked items, searing small cuts of meat, and cooking open-faced sandwiches. It uses the Pizza Rack and/or Baking Pan in Positions 1 and 2 (close to the top heating element for best results) and heats from the top heating element. The air frying fan is not used for broiling.
  • Bake/Pizza: Perfect for convection baking of pastries, cakes, pies, cookies, and other baked goods. It also excels at cooking homemade or frozen pizzas, crisping the dough and melting cheese from the top. Both functions use the Pizza Rack in Position 5, heat from the top and bottom heating elements, and activate the air frying fan. For baking, a baking tray (muffin tray, loaf pan) can be added.
  • Toast/Bagel: Browns and crisps bread on both sides, suitable for sliced loaves, English muffins, bagels, rolls, and frozen waffles. It uses the Pizza Rack in Position 2 and heats from the top and bottom heating elements. The air frying fan is not used. Users can select desired darkness (Light, Medium, Medium-Dark, or Dark) using the Temperature/Darkness Control Knob. It can toast up to 6 slices of loaf bread at once.
  • Reheat: Heats prepared meals without searing. It uses the Pizza Rack in Position 5, heats from the top and bottom heating elements, and activates the air frying fan.
  • Rotisserie: Heats food with convection-style cooking while the Rotisserie Spit rotates, ensuring crispy exteriors and juicy interiors for whole chickens or roasts. It uses the Rotisserie Spit accessory in the Rotisserie slot in Position 3, heats from the top and bottom heating elements, and activates the air frying fan.
