- Slow Cook: Designed for cooking food at a low temperature over an extended period.
- Steam: Used for steaming foods, requiring a small amount of water to create steam. It is best used with a rack and the Glass Lid.
- Sauté: Heats the pan for use as a fry pan, with a maximum temperature of 375° F/191° C.
- Grill: Utilized for grilling foods, heating the Grill Plate to its highest temperature (500° F/260° C).
- Bake: For baking various dishes.
- Roast: Cooks whole pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables by circulating hot air to ensure even cooking.

Maintenance Features:

- Cool-Down Period: After cooking, the fan continues to run for 10 seconds to cool down the appliance. It is recommended to let the appliance cool for approximately 30 minutes before handling, cleaning, or storing.
- Inner Pot and Glass Lid: These components are dishwasher safe, though hand-washing is recommended to preserve their life and appearance.
- Cleaning the Inner Pot: After each use, wash in hot water with mild soap or dish detergent. For stubborn residue, soak in hot water with non-lemon detergent. Avoid steel wool or metal pads.
- Appliance Base: Wipe with a damp cloth and then dry with a clean, dry cloth. The main unit should never be immersed in water or other liquids.
- Utensils: Nonmetal utensils are recommended to prevent scratching the non-stick coating of the Inner Pot.
- Storage: Store the appliance in a dry place. Avoid stacking heavy objects on top.
