Installer must comply with instructions in both technical and user manuals for safe operation.
Read all instructions and verify local grid power compatibility before installation.
Connect power only after installation. Wire control unit with power OFF. Include disconnection device.
Ensure gate system is positioned sufficiently far from sidewalks post-installation for safety.
Verify gate mechanical conditions, balance, and smooth movement before installation.
Install manual release below 1.8m, pushbuttons at 1.5m, and place 'crushing risk' warnings.
Check gate structure integrity, non-deformability, and manual release system.
Disconnect all unnecessary cables and systems from mains power before beginning installation.
Position gate axis correctly and install mounting brackets on the rail.
Install opening/closing stoppers and replace the rail top cover.
Position operator vertically, weld brackets, and set traction lever inclination.
Adjust closing stopper to cushion the lead nut when the gate closes.
Position limit switch magnets/reeds to activate at movement completion and connect to control board.
Install wire protection rubber part. Secure control board cover before powering on.
Troubleshoot: Maneuver fails, motor won't run, or motor runs in one direction.
Troubleshoot: Control board does not accept commands, check fuses, power, remote.
