Steps to remove set screws, secure, apply Loctite, and reinstall set screws for adjustment.
Locate, remove old tie rods, and clean mating surfaces before installing new components.
Measure old rod length, set new rod length, tighten jam nut, and apply thread locker.
Insert tapered stud, attach lock nut, and tighten to specified torque values.
Grease components, check clearance, adjust toe if needed, and confirm set screws.
Loosen/remove set screws, install shim, replace/tighten set screws, and reinstall end cap.
