This procedure provides instruction to remove and replace the End Cap and belt guard cov-
ers.
Procedure
Review entire procedure before starting.
1. Switch the input power OFF and unplug

power cord.
2. Remove the four screws (2 lower screws, each side) that retain the end cap. Keep
fasteners for installation. DO NOT loosen or move the Take-Up roller mount-
ing/adjustment bolts. Doing so will change the running belt’s tension and alignment.
3. To remove the end cap, slide the end cap off of the treadmill.
